Apply to the Discord bots and web panels of the OsloRP community

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Discord bots and web panels of the OsloRP community you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use these services.

2. Description of the service

We provide a set of private tools (Discord bots and web panels) built exclusively for the OsloRP community — a FiveM (GTA V Roleplay) server. The services are not public and the bots cannot be invited to other servers. Features include:

  • Discord bots: Oslo-BOT (main community bot), BotFirmy (company panel), AwanseBOT (staff promotions and leaves of absence), CrimeBOT (organization stats, battles, warnings), OsloTickety (ticket / support system), Oslo Frakcje (factions, playtime, tickets), Oslo Prompt (custom commands, playtime ranking) and auxiliary administration bots (ban management, suggestions, role assignment).
  • Web panels: logs panel, vehicles panel, housing panel, voting system, documents panel (MDT), administration panel and events panel.

Access to individual features depends on membership of the OsloRP Discord server and on your roles/permissions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • abuse the services, flood, or deliberately overload the bots or panels;
  • attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorized access, or exploit bugs;
  • use the services for anything unlawful or in breach of the OsloRP server rules or the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Accounts and access

Panel login is performed through your Discord account (OAuth2). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict, suspend or revoke access to the services if these Terms or the server rules are breached.

5. Availability

The services are provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, completeness or freedom from errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The code, content, names and graphics related to the services belong to the OsloRP creators. Copying, redistribution or use without our permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

8. Suspension and termination

A breach of these Terms or the server rules may result in restriction or revocation of access to the services, including without prior notice.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
